Terms of Service

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and ("COLDPEEK", "we", "us"), covering the COLDPEEK website and CS2 game servers (together, the "Service").

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By connecting to a COLDPEEK game server, signing in through Steam, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to hold a Steam account under Valve's own terms, and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

Counter-Strike 2 is a Valve product. Your use of the game itself is governed by Valve's agreements; COLDPEEK is an independent community server network and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation.

3. Accounts and sign-in

We identify you by your public SteamID. Signing in uses Steam's own OpenID flow — we never see or store your Steam password, and we will never ask you for it, for a trade offer, or for an API key.

  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your SteamID.
  • Keep your Steam account secure and tell us if you believe it has been compromised.
  • You may not sell, rent, or share access to your COLDPEEK benefits.

4. Rules of conduct

The Service exists so people can enjoy a fair game. The following are not allowed:

  • Cheating of any kind — aim assistance, wallhacks, scripts, macros that automate gameplay, or exploiting bugs for advantage.
  • Evading a ban, including through alternate accounts.
  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content involving minors, or targeting other players with abuse.
  • Spam, advertising, or recruiting for other communities on our servers or in our chat.
  • Attacking the Service — denial-of-service, unauthorised access attempts, scraping at a rate that degrades the Service, or interfering with other players' connections.
  • Impersonating COLDPEEK staff or another player.

We moderate at our discretion. Sanctions range from a warning to a mute, kick, or permanent ban across the network.

5. Memberships and payment

VIP and ELITE are optional paid memberships that unlock cosmetic and convenience features. They do not grant any competitive advantage.

  • Prices are shown at checkout, in the currency shown, and include any tax we are required to charge.
  • Payments are handled by third-party providers. We do not receive or store your card details.
  • A membership runs for the period you bought (monthly or annual) and then expires. Buying again extends the existing period.
  • Benefits may be adjusted over time; we will not remove a headline benefit of a period you have already paid for.

6. Refunds

Memberships are digital content that is made available immediately, and by completing a purchase you ask us to start supplying it at once. For that reason a membership is generally non-refundable once activated.

We will still make it right where we got it wrong: if a payment was taken in error, charged twice, or the benefits were never delivered, contact us within 14 days and we will refund or extend your membership. Statutory consumer rights that apply where you live are not affected by this section.

7. Virtual items and the skinchanger

The skinchanger changes how weapons look on COLDPEEK servers only. It does not create, transfer, or alter any item in your Steam inventory, and its appearances have no real-world value and cannot be traded or cashed out.

Nothing in the Service gives you ownership of a virtual item. Access to cosmetic features is a licence that lasts as long as your membership and the Service do.

8. Availability of the Service

We work to keep the servers up, but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Maintenance, updates to Counter-Strike 2, hosting incidents, and factors outside our control can interrupt play. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular map rotation, or that any specific server will keep running.

9. Intellectual property

The COLDPEEK name, logo, website, and original server content belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission. Counter-Strike 2, its assets, and its trademarks belong to Valve Corporation. Content you submit — for example a nametag, or an email you send our support address — remains yours, but you grant us a licence to store and use it to operate and moderate the Service.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect the Service and its players. Where a ban results from cheating or abuse, any remaining membership time is forfeited. You may stop using the Service at any time; see the Privacy Policy for how to have your data deleted.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, COLDPEEK is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost progress, lost rank, or loss of virtual items. Our total liability to you for any claim connected to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on the website or our Discord before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.
